KUALA LUMPUR, 23 JULY 2009 – To better serve local mobile operators, customer intelligence specialist Business Logic Systems has set up its solution centre in Malaysia.

“Based in Kuala Lumpur, the new centre will provide ‘on the ground’ technical and development support to mobile network operators in the Asia Pacific region that have deployed Business Logic Systems’ InTelestage suite of products,” said Logic Systems, Asia Pacific, president, Vicks Kanagasingam.

Kanagasingam said the centre would help mobile operators increase revenues through real-time customer communication analytics. “Our team will also provide input for product roadmaps and market specific customisation.”

Business Logic Systems is a provider of customer intelligence, marketing automation and customer loyalty solutions for mobile network operators, which operates from offices in UK, Malaysia, Australia, Austria and Dubai, with a development centre in Romania.

Existing regional customers

Kanagasingam said existing customers in Southeast Asia, Australia and Pakistan would now have access to regionally based, experienced engineers who understand the Asian market. They can assist them in implementing campaigns, which help them decrease churn and drive loyalty. They will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of the technology and are able to experience the full benefits of the InTelestage suite of solutions.”

“Asia is a key market for us,” said Kanagasingam.  “The opening of the new solution centre is indicative of our commitment to the region and our local customers.”
