Intel launch at KL’s popular IT Mall, Low Yat

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 NOVEMBER 2008 - Global silicon firm Intel Malaysia has launched the world’s fastest desktop processor in Malaysia, the Intel Core i7 processor.

According to the company’s Malaysia country manager, Ryaz Patel: “The Core i7 processor is the first member of a new family of Nehalem processor designs and is the most sophisticated ever built, with new technologies that boost performance on demand and maximise data throughput.”

The Core i7 processor—on display November 20-28, 2008, at BMW Showroom—Sapura Auto Sdn Bhd – will be launched during a ‘rush hour promotion’, where consumers can get Intel Core i7 processor powered desktop systems at special prices during special hours between 6.07 pm to 8.07 pm daily from 20 until 28 November 2008.
