KUALA LUMPUR, 3 FEBRUARY 2009 – Malaysian communications provider DiGi has selected a Teradata data warehousing solution to better understand its 6.9 million subscribers.
Teradata general manager—Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines, Jae Park, said DiGi selected Teradata Active Enterprise Data Warehouse to support analytical business intelligence for customer analysis.
Park said: “This new business intelligence platform enables extensive analysis of data pertaining to customer call detail records and customer communications management. This will support DiGi's initiatives to provide more complete and effective services to its customers.”
With a presence in more than 60 countries, Teradata is focused on promoting business intelligence through data warehousing, consulting services and enterprise analytics.
