HONG KONG, 24 FEBRUARY 2009 – The parliament of Thailand has deployed Starbak V3 video communications solution to enable live and on-demand video streaming across multiple government agencies.

Provided by US-based Starbak, which specialises in enterprise video networks and portals, Starbak V3 video communications is an integrated video network solution designed to scale from small college campuses to global corporate networks.

Including video portal, video capture, enterprise content delivery network and digital signage capabilities, Starbak V3 is said to be compatible with the company’s patented solutions for capturing and streaming video from any Internet protocol-based video-conferencing endpoint.
