Applications of
Poloxamer
:
As solvent: the product can increase the surface solubility of many drugs due to the formation of micelles of surfactants, such as salicylic acid, diazepam, indomethacin, diazepam, and so on. In the case of salicylic acid, salicylic acid can be solubilized in two Pluronic classes, Pluronic L65 and Pluronic F68. Salicylic acid can be solubilized by 1.3mol per mole of Pluronic L65 and 0.93mol per mole of Pluronic F68. Demonstrate the stable solubility of salicylic acid in Pluronic with different concentrations.
Solubility per minute of salicylic acid in Pluronic (mg/mlx10000). The solubility of salicylic acid in F68 increases gradually with the increase of the concentration of the active agent, but in L65, the solubility increases rapidly to the maximum but then decreases gradually.
