1. A nano-diamond/metal composite coating

The metal coating has a diamond average of 0.3- 0.5% weight. Diamond consumption in a coating of 1 micron thickness results in 0.2 grams (1 carat)/m2.

It is used widely in the polishing of semiconductor silicon wafers and computer hard disk substrates.

1. A nano-diamond component is used as a lubricating oil or coolant.
Use of nano-diamond in grease, lubricating oils, and coolants is most common in the machinery industry, aircraft, shipping, transport, and metal processing. Addition of nano diamond in lubricating oil may increase engine life, transmission lifespan and help to save fuel oil.
2. Nano diamond-polymer composite
Use nano-diamond-diamond-polymer composites in aircraft, automobiles. tractors. shipbuilding. medicine. chemicals. petrochemicals. globe valves. protective layers. wear-resistant coatings.
3. The sintered body
The nano-diamonds, in the field abrasives are used mainly to combine with transition metals to make high-strength diamond sintered bodies. This can be used for soft or brittle material with low surface roughness.
4. Magnetic recording system
You can use nano-diamonds in magnetic recording devices such as magnetic tapes and magnetic disks as wear-resistant modifiers and wear-resistant additions. You can decrease the number of ferromagnetic materials particles and increase recording density. It also reduces friction coefficient and abrasive wear.
5. Then, you can add to the intermetallic compounds
Intermetallic compounds of zinc, copper and tin that contain nano diamonds are suitable for use as friction parts under very difficult working conditions. This is because plastic and liquid-lubricating material can often be extruded.
6. Medicine
You can use nano diamond in medicine to treat tumors, gastrointestinal disease, skin conditions, and other ailments. The nontoxic, carcinogenic and rust-resistant properties of nano diamond make it safe. It is both a super-active and bioactive agent, which may be useful in enhancing drug effectiveness.
