NSP-2 molecularsieve is a sodium aluminate crystal with a developed 3-D pore structure, strong polarity and highly polarized. Because it has strong adsorption effects on water molecules, it’s suitable for deep natural gases dehydration as well as CO2 events.
NSP-2 Molecular Sieve
NSP-2 molecularsieve is a sodium aluminate crystal with a developed 3-D pore structure, strong polarity and strong polarity. Because it has strong adsorption effects on water molecules, it’s suitable for deep natural gases dehydration as well as CO2 events.
This material has a high specific area and developed pores. It is fast drying, deep dehydration, and can remove other gases such as CO2.

NSP-2 Molecular Sieve
NSP-2 Molecular Sieve is used in the production of compressed natural gases (CNG) and liquefied naturalgas (LNG). It prevents equipment from freezing or becoming clogged during pressure and liquefaction.
In general, there are two to three tower process, with two towers being used for longer times. Production is performed in two states: one is in the adsorption and one is activation regenerating. The molecular sieve beds are designed to allow natural gases with high water contents to pass through them from top to bottom during adsorption. This reduces the gas flow disturbance to the molecular sieve. Switching between adsorption or regeneration should occur at a pressure less than 0.33MPa/min.
