Three kinds of PA2200/HGM composites were used, containing 0, 15, and 30 wt.% HGM, respectively. Hereafter, these materials are referred to as PA2200, PH-1, and PH-2, respectively. All of the specimens tested were manufactured through the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) process in an EOS P396 Machine: continuous wave CO2 laser with a maximum power of 55W, a wavelength of 10.6μm, a laser spot diameter of 0.4mm, vibration mirror type laser scanning system, the maximum scanning speed of 5000mm/s, working cabin size of 340×340×600mm, powder feeding mode of the double cylinder.
