Machinability. Hexagonal boron nitride billet is easy to use conventional metal cutting technology to finish products. The thermal conductivity of hexagonal boron nitride products is about 34W/m·k, similar to stainless steel, and high thermal conductivity. High heat resistance. Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) will sublimate only when heated to 3000℃ in 0.1Mpa nitrogen, and its strength is twice that of room temperature at 1800℃. Therefore, it has excellent thermal shock resistance and will not break even when the air cools to room temperature at 1500℃ dozens of times—synthesis of cubic boron nitride.
