About
Niobium Nitride NbN Powder
:
Niobium nitride
It is made up of both niobium, and nitrogen (nitrides).
Formula chemical for Niobium nitride
It is
NbN
. Low temperatures, around 16 K, make the NbN a superconductor that can be used in infrared detectors.
This is Niobium-nitride. The V transition metal nitrides are the first to have a melting point of at least 1.0°C. They also possess excellent chemical and mechanical stability. Furthermore,
NbN Niobium nitride
It showed the presence of a surface plasma reaction (SPR), which meant that there would be an enhancement in the electromagnetic field close to the surface. This suggests that the material could have surface-enhanced Raman scattered (SERS), performance due to the electromagnetic field enhancement effect.

Niobium Nitride NbN Powder
Produced?
The following are steps to make niobium powder:
1) Mixed metal niobium, magnesium, powders, into the vacuum reaction vessel. Heat preservation is followed by heat preservation. Next, heat up to the set temperature. Fill the argon and high purity nitrogen gas. Finally, heat up to paragraph 2. After heating to reaction temperature, cooling the products to room temperature.
2) Next, crush the product from Step 1. Then pickle it. Then rinse the pickled product with water until it is neutral. Finally, dry it in order to obtain Nb nitride.
Applicaciones
Niobium Nitride NbN Powder
:
Niobium-nitride, a superconducting thinfilm material that is highly stable and can be used to create superconducting quantum instruments.
You use niobium-nitride primarily as a superconductor.
Based on this detector, it detects individual photons in infrared wavelengths between 1 and 10 microns. It has major implications for astronomy or telecommunications. It is capable of detecting changes as high as 25 gigahertz.
For strong magnetic field particle detections, you can use superconducting NBN-nanowires
To absorb anti-reflection coatings, Niobium Nitride can be used.
Photocatalyst is made from niobium-nitride and absorbs 57 per cent of sunlight. It supports the breakdown of water into hydrogen to fuel electrochemical fuel cell production.
