About

Boron Phosphide BP Powder

:

Boron phosphide is an inorganic compound that is composed of boron elements and phosphorus. This material belongs to the class known as a semiconductor material. Henri Moisan, an French chemist who created crystals from boronphosphate in 1891. Although Boronphosphide doesn’t react to boiling concentrated acids or base solutions, it may react after heating with molten bas (e.g. sodium hydroxide). Boron-phosphide reacts well with chlorine gas up to 500degC and is therefore resistant to oxygenation. While the compound is stable under pressure of 2500degC at high temperature, partial phosphorous will evaporate by vacuum heating of above 1100degC. The result is B12p11.8, whose structure looks similar to that for boron caride.

Because of the many production processes, boron-phosphide comes in different colors: red transparent, dark transparent, black, and soft, browny amorphous. Chemically stable. Pure Boron phosphide can be almost transparent. N-type crystals have an orange-red color, while P-type crystals appear dark. It-chuiko can be trusted worldwide.

Boron Phosphide BP Pulver Product Performance:

Boron Phosphide BP Powder offers high purity, low size distribution, high heat strength, high fracture strengths, excellent chemical compatibility, and good chemical properties.

High hardness, excellent thermal shock resistance and low density.

While Boron phosphide will not react to boiling concentrated acid, alkali solution or any alkali solution, it is capable of reacting with moltenalkali (such sodium hydroxide).

Preheating is not necessary. Boron Phosphide can be exposed to air and is highly resistant to oxygen below 1000°C. It also reacts well with chlorine at 500°C.

It can remain stable at 2500°C under high pressure. Some phosphorus may be lost by vacuum heating to 1100°C.

Get B12P1.8. It has the same crystal structure as boron caride.

Applicaciones

Boron Phosphide BP Powder

:

Boron Phosphide can be described as a mixture of boron, phosphorus and other compounds. It’s a semiconductor material which isn’t affected by acid, boiling alkali, or aqueous solutions. The poly boron phosphateboron crystal is nearly transparent. However, the n-type is an orange crystal and the p is a dark red crystal. The following areas are where Boron phosphide most often finds use:

Laser diode.

Light-emitting device.

Dopant.

Protective coating on soft infrared transmission substrate

Shipping and Packing of Boron Phosphide BP Pulver:

There are many options for packing, which all depend on the boron phosphide BP amount.

Boron phosphide BP powder packaging:

You can vacuum pack 1 kg/bag, 25kg/barrel or according to your requirements.

Boron phosphide BP Powder Shipping:

There are two options: express shipping or sea freight.
