Here is a method to prepare an aqueous Zinc Stearate Emulsion:

The preparation is done as follows: add deionized (or distilled) water into the dispersing device, heat it up to 6080°C, and then add wetting, dispersing, emulsifiers, crosslinking agents, bactericides, and suspending agents while stirring. Stir to emulsify. Keep the temperature at 60-80 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Add the water-based antifoaming agent and stir to dissolve. Then add zinc stearate and stir to agitate.
