FMES is formed through the compound sulfonation fatty acid methyl esters and fatty alcohol esters. It is a nonionic anionic detergent with outstanding performance. Moderate foaming, alkali resistant, good emulsifying, dispersing, suitable to remove heavy dirt like medium and high temperature wax and grease, and certain anti-contamination performances. Commonly found in formulations of detergents like low-foaming laundry detergent, soap fluid, laundry cream and industrial high-efficiency cleaning powder. In textiles, it’s used to degrease and remove wax. In leather, it’s used as degreasing agents. Degreasing products and agents.
