Food grade Sorbitan Monolaurate is available as an emulsifier in the food according to GB 25551.

Sorbitan monolingual aurate is a W/O emulsifier, stabilizer, plasticizer, lubricant and desiccant for cosmetic products. In the textile industry, it is used as a softener, antistatic agent, finishing agent and also used as a mechanical lubricant, as an additive antifogging agent, with good initial and low-temperature antifogging properties, suitable for PVC (1-1.5%), polyolefin film (0.5-0.7%), EVA film, etc.
